Port Agency
We are acting as Port Agents for Cruise Vessels, representing either the owner or the charterer.
Our qualified, well trained and experienced personnel along with our established network and exceptional relation with the Port Operator and Port Authorities enable us to provide the higher level of service.
- Ensuring berth for the incoming ship
- Arranging for the pilot and the tug boat
- Prepare the documents for the customs and harbor services
- Arranging for the necessary ship fresh water/ provisions (if any)
- Planning of logistics and ships chandler requirements
- Arranging for the necessary doctor for the crew if any medical assistance needed
- Assist in preparing all necessary requirements prior vessels arrival
- Informing our principal with all relevant information for vessel’s upcoming call
- Organising and effecting shore excursions for passengers (for examples, please see shore excursions)
- Crew embarkation & disembarkation
- Passangers embarkation and disembarkation
- Assist in passengers turn-around
